Transmed Hair Restoration Clinic

Founded in February 1994 by Dr. Melike Külahçı, Transmed is one of Turkey's pioneering hair transplant clinics with over 30 years of experience and 20,000+ successful procedures. The ISHRS and ESHRS board-affiliated clinic operates from a modern 6,400 sq ft facility in Levent, Istanbul with 5 operating rooms, 9 doctors (all ISHRS-registered), and 12 assistants. Transmed serves patients from 47 countries with services in English, German, Arabic, and Bulgarian. The clinic developed the proprietary Mega-Mix Grafting technique (1998) and Reversa™ PRP therapy for hair loss treatment. Dr. Külahçı was the first Turkish female physician to preside over the FUE Council and has served as ISHRS Board of Governors member since 2011. Services include FUE, FUT, and DHI hair transplantation, beard and mustache transplants, as well as cosmetic surgery procedures including liposculpture, breast surgery, and abdominoplasty. The clinic hosted the landmark 'The Next Big Thing' international workshop in 2011 with 110+ surgeons from 32 countries.
