Koç University Hospital opened in September 2014 as a non-profit research and training hospital on a 220,000 m² Health Sciences Campus in Topkapı, Istanbul. Affiliated with Koç University School of Medicine, it combines clinical excellence with academic research and medical education.
The hospital features 404 single inpatient rooms, 73 intensive care beds, 111 pediatric beds, 13 operating theatres, and 14 treatment rooms. It serves approximately 12,500 inpatients and 168,000 outpatients annually, including 47,000+ international patients.
In 2024, Koç University Hospital joined the prestigious Mayo Clinic Care Network, enabling consultations and second opinions with Mayo Clinic specialists. The hospital is part of the Koç Healthcare Group, which also includes the renowned American Hospital Istanbul and MedAmerican Surgery Center.
